Frank Worsfold- BVSc (Hons)
Practice Owner (Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Honours))
Frank graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1989. He first came to work at Numurkah Veterinary Clinic in 1991, and has been owner or part-owner since 1998.
Frank still greatly enjoys the many challenges and variety of working with all farm and companion animals, and in providing the best possible care for each and every patient.
He really values working as part of the passionate team at NVC, and treasures the relationships with the many terrific animal owners of Numurkah and district that Numurkah Veterinary Clinic are proud to have as clients.
Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife Chris and three children Sophie, James and Ella, gardening, building and pursuing outdoor activities like bushwalking, cycling and skiing.
On their small property, Frank and his family are proud owners of three Golden Retrievers (Harry, Oliver and Wilbur), a pony and three very fat Guinea Pigs.

Peter Grant - BVSc (Hons)

Peter joined partnership with Frank at Numurkah Veterinary Clinic in January 2015 and enjoys the mix of work the practice has to offer and the friendly clientelle.
Peter graduated from University of Melbourne with Honours in 1985. After several years working in dairy and mixed practice in the Western District U.K and the NSW South Coast, Peter moved to Shepparton where he was in partnership for 23 years at the Shepparton Vet Clinic.
Whilst he enjoys working with all animals, Peter's special interests are dairy cattle medicine and surgery, herd health and small animal orthopedic and soft tissue surgery.
Peter's further education includes completing Countdown Downunder and InCalf Advisor Courses, APAV and NJDAP accreditation courses, Ruminant Nutrition courses along with multiple cattle medicine, surgery, reproduction and mastitis courses.
Peter has undertaken multiple courses in Small Animal Orthopedic and Soft Tissue Surgery and has many years experience with both.

Romy joined our Team in 2018. She graduated from GoTafe Wangaratta in 2020 with a Certificate III in Companion Animal Services and Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
Romy lives in Shepparton with her adopted clan Bones and Bane the Staghounds and her three cats Letty, Sadie and Kylo. Romy’s kindness and care always exceeds your expectations and she is an extraordinary role model to our veterinary nurse team. Romy is passionate about neonatal care and has raised and fostered several kittens and puppies.
Romy is our favourite witty nurse always quick with a joke. You can trust that Romy will be there for your pets during the good times and bad no matter what.

Amber Peachey
Senior Vet Nurse (Certificate III Animal Studies and IV in Veterinary Nursing)
Amber joined our team in 2018. She graduated from GoTafe Wangaratta in 2019 with a Certificate III in animal studies and Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
Amber is always a friendly face and terrific team leader. Amber is our resident rabbit specialist, she has attended seminars from the Melbourne Rabbit Clinic and goes above and beyond to nurse your rabbits back to health. Amber is passionate about Dental Nursing and large animal nursing, caring for a variety of animals.
Amber originally from Yarrawonga, lives in Cobram with her beloved Australian Shepherd Boston, adopted Exotic cat Olive as well as her Shetland Pony, sheep and alpacas. Ambers' love for animals is clear and you can trust that you pets are always loved and well cared for in Ambers capable hands.
